Objectives

By the end of this teaching unit the student will be able to:

design, deploy and manage an IT service with high availability and high performance;
apply redundancy and backup strategies;
apply load balancing and caching strategies;
apply virtualisation.

Prerequisites

The student must have successfully passed the units RES and ADS.
